When you receive one of our gifted experiences, you'll enjoy a complimentary session that is valued at $250, as well as a $1000 Fine Art Family Portrait credit, which is the value of our Signature 14-Inch Fine Art Portrait with rich artistry.

To book your gifted experience, we kindly ask for a fully refundable security deposit of $200. We value your time and ours, and this helps prevent any no-shows or last-minute cancellations. As long as you don’t cancel or reschedule within 14 days of your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded or can be applied toward any additional artwork you may choose.

Your experience includes a private portrait session with our skilled portrait artist, followed by a personalized viewing and ordering appointment with our art director. During your ordering appointment, you will have the opportunity to view a collection of beautiful portraits from your session. You will then select your favorite portraits to keep and decide how you would like to enjoy them, finalizing your order at that appointment.

Your gifted experience includes one 14” fine art portrait, which you may choose from your full session. If you decide you would like additional portraits, your art director will offer a variety of custom artwork options to fit your space and style. Many families find they love more than one image and choose to invest in additional artwork. Your $1000 credit will be applied to any purchase you make, and we offer flexible payment options to help make your decision easier.

No images are deleted until you have made your selections, and there is no obligation to purchase beyond your gifted portrait. We want you to love and cherish your portraits, and we are here to guide you through the process in a way that best fits your needs. If you prefer to use your $1000 credit toward a custom artwork purchase, our art director will work with you to create the perfect order for your home. While there is no obligation to purchase additional images, many families find they love more than one and choose to invest in additional portraits or want larger portrait sizes. If you do decide to make a purchase, we are here to guide you through the best options for displaying your artwork.

Our mounted classic portraits start at $500. Our 14” signature mounted classic portrait is priced at $1000. You have the freedom to frame these pieces of art so they are ready to be showcased on any wall or tabletop with ease. Many people purchase this style of artwork in sets of 2 or 3 to create a mini-series in their home.

Our classic wall art pieces start at $2,500. We understand that every family has a unique budget, and we have a range of products to suit different needs. Custom framing options are available and we offer discounts on additional portraits and gift smaller portraits with larger artwork.

We have financing and payment options available! These will be offered to you to make the decision-making process easier. Because our studio focuses on the mission of providing finished artwork to be displayed in homes, we don’t offer digital files for sale.

To ensure that we can provide you with the best possible service, we place orders as soon as you leave the studio. This means that after your custom order is placed, we won't be able to accept any cancellations, changes, or refunds. We appreciate your understanding, and we're committed to making sure you receive a high-quality product.

We understand that waiting for your order can be stressful, so we want to assure you that our production time is typically 7-8 weeks.

We’ve been creating custom handcrafted artwork since 2008 and it’s our legacy to help you create and display your cherished memories in your home. We take great care in our production process, but there may be instances where artwork is damaged during the shipping process.
